Instructions
Step 1
In a blender, combine guava paste and hot water; blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and set aside to allow to cool
Step 2
Rinse out the blender; add vegan cream cheese, roasted garlic, salt & pepper to taste, and blend until smooth.
Step 3
Transfer cream cheese mixture to a large bowl and fold in the guava mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Step 4
Serve with salted crackers, pita chips, or even toasted french baguette, and ENJOY!
