½ cuprolled oats
1 teaspoonxanthan gum
1 teaspoonbaking soda
1 teaspoonbaking powder
1 teaspooncinnamon

Wet Ingredients
4bananas
mashed
⅓ cupvegetable oil
⅓ cupmaple syrup
5.3 ouncesGreek yogurt
0 sugar banana creme
½ cupunsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoonvanilla
1 cupwalnuts
chopped, add at the end
Topping
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350.
Step 2
Whisk the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 3
Make a well and add in the wet Ingredients and mix until combined.
Step 4
Fold in the chopped walnuts and scoop into 17 muffin papers.
Step 5
Mix the topping in a small bowl and sprinkle on top.
Step 6
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
