Ingredients

2bananas
large, ripe
½ cupsour cream
2eggs
1 Tbspvanilla extract
¼ cupolive oil
¼ cuphoney
or granulated sugar/brown sugar
1 ½ cupsstrawberries
diced
2 cupsall-purpose flour
1 Tbspbaking powder
½ tspground cinnamon
¼ tspsalt

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Step 2
In a bowl, mash the bananas with a whisk.
Step 3
Add sour cream and whisk it in with the mashed banana.
Step 4
Add eggs, vanilla extract, olive oil, and honey (or sugar of choice).
Step 5
Fold in diced strawberries.
Step 6
In the same bowl add all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Fold everything together evenly making sure to not overwork the batter.
