This is urban twist on the traditional chicken gyros. Something you can have for lunch or dinner and it’s pretty simple best of all, it’s delicious 😋

Instructions
Step 1

Put chicken legs, chicken stock, water , half the onion and all purpose Greek seasoning in a pot and let it slow cook for about an hour
Step 2
In a small bowl put your sour cream or ranch in the bowl and mix in 1/2 tablespoon of the all purpose Greek seasoning and minced dill and mix for about 30 seconds
Step 3
Once the chicken is fully cooked & falling off the bone take all the bones out but leave the meat in the pot and let the liquid reduce some more on medium Low heat for 10-15 minutes
Step 4
While the chicken is still reducing put your bread of choice (Pita or Naan ) in the oven on 300 degrees or on a pan or griddle with some oil and let them warm up on low NOT high heat
Step 5
Top the bread similar to a taco with the sour cream or ranch sauce some diced onion tomatoes & cucumbers / and lettuce (if desired) then put desired amount of chicken on top of the veggies & fold the bread in half and it’s ready to eat or serve , repeat steps in until desired amount of gyros are made
