Step 1
Spray a wok or large frying pan with olive oil and heat over high heat. Add half the beef. Stir-fry for 2-3 mins or until browned. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with the remaining beef.

Spray wok or pan with more olive oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add vegetables. Stir-fry for 2-3 mins or until just tender. Return beef to wok or pan with chilli jam or sweet chilli sauce, oyster and soy sauce and 2 tbs water. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins or until heated through.
