Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan. Add onion and cook for 3-5 minutes or until soft and golden. Add carrot and celery, cook stirring 3-5 minutes until softened.
Step 2
Add mince and brown, breaking up with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Stir in mushrooms and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add 1 cup (250 ml) water, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste and stock powder. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add broccoli and simmer for further 5-10 minutes or until the liquid has reduced and broccoli is tender. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
