1 stick of salted butter
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse cauliflower and pat dry
Step 2
Remove large stems and break into nugget sized pieces
Step 3
Melt butter on low heat then add brown sugar and hot sauce. Whisk together
Step 4
Take off heat once combined and let cool until able to work with hands
Step 5
Pour half mixture on cauliflower and spread evenly on a baking sheet
Step 6
Add seasoning on top of cauliflower and place on grill
Step 7
After softened, remove from grill, add remaining sauce, mix, and serve
