Step 1
In a slow cooker, combine the brown rice, milk, maple syrup and salt and mix well. Cover and cook on high until the rice is tender, 2 ½ - 3 hours.
Step 2
Carefully slice open vanilla bean pod and scrape seeds out. Add to slow cooker, also stirring in the cinnamon, and serve.
