Instructions

Step 1
Clean green beans by cutting off ends.
Step 2
Thinly slice the shallots.
Step 3
Fry shallots until crispy. And set aside. Salt while still hot.
Step 4
Fry green beans for 2 minutes.
Step 5
In another pan, add oyster sauce, maple syrup and water. Once it comes to a boil add rice wine vinegar. Add green beans and coat it with the sauce.
Step 6
Plate green beans and garnish with crispy shallots.
