Instructions
Step 1
Chop the potatoes into one inch cubes. Place them in a pot and boil until they are cooked, but not too soft. Similar for a pototo salad type of texture.

Step 2
While the potatoes are boiling, fry the bacon in a deep fry pan. You can cut before cooking and fry till cripy, or fry the strips and then cut them after.

Step 3
Remove bacon and leave about 2 tbsp of the grease. Add the onion to the pan and fry until transluscent.

Step 4
Then add in the chicken broth, garlic and lemon juice. Cook until reduced until half.



Step 5
Once reduced add in the cream and cook until it starts bubbling, here you can add in salt and pepper to taste.





Step 6
Add in the parmesan and cook until it is smooth.

Step 7
Drain and add the potatoes into the pan and cook in the sauce until the potatoes are warm.
Step 8
Serve warm as a side dish.
