Chop up the tomatoes

chop up garlic
Step 3
Heat up medium sized pan with olive oil

Once the pan is heated at garlic
Step 5
Cook garlic at medium heat, once it turns golden add the tomatoes
Step 6
Add a few dashes of salt and oregano, add the basil and stir
Step 7
Bring to a boil and lower temp and let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until it's reduced.
Step 8
Add the steaks and cover it with sauce and cook for about 7 minutes on each side. (This is for thinner slices of steak)
Step 9
Turn off the stove and enjoy!
