Instructions

Step 1
1) Cook the ground beef, garlic, and onions in a pan.
Step 2
2) Once the beef is fully brown, drain off any excess grease.
Step 3
3) Add in tomato sauce, chopped tomatoes, basil, and oregano.

4) Simmer on low heat for at least 30 mins and add water to desired consistency.
Step 5
5) Serve on top of spiralized zucchini (zoodles), spaghetti squash, or Hearts of Palm "Pasta" with your choice of fruit.
