Instructions

Step 1
In a medium pot, brown ground beef until almost done
Step 2
Add in the onion (or onion powder) and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent and meat is cooked through
Step 3
Pour in the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes
Step 4
Sprinkle in Italian seasoning, salt and pepper
Step 5
Simmer approx 30 min. Add tomato paste to thicken if needed
