Instructions

Step 1
In a food processor, chop onion & jalapeños
Step 2
NOTE: remove jalapeño stem regardless. MILD: remove all seeds & membranes MEDIUM: remove seeds HOT: use 3 jalapeños leave membranes & seeds. Add crushed red peppers. OH HELL: Use habanero, ghost pepper, and/or Carolina reaper too.
