1 tablespoonjalapeño
finely chopped

⅓ cuppeanuts
roasted and crushed

3 slicesfresh ginger
size of a quarter

1 clovegarlic
large

¼ cupcreamy peanut butter

¼ cuporange juice

3 tablespoonsfresh lime juice

2 tablespoonssoy sauce

3 tablespoonshoney
or agave

3 tablespoonstoasted sesame oil

½ teaspoonsriracha
or cayenne

½ teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Step 1
Mix cooked noodles with chopped veggies. Blend together sauce ingredients, starting with ginger and ending with salt. Toss sauce with veggies/noodles. Garnish with peanuts.
