Step 1
In a large bowl, stir together all the crust ingredients until a ball of dough forms. If you have a mixer, use the dough hook and mix on low until dough forms a ball. Sprinkle flour onto a rolling pin and your hands. Place dough on slightly floured surface and roll into rectangle to fit a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. If dough is too sticky, pat with a little more flour. Grease the baking pan with oil and place dough in pan, pushing dough to edges.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine all filling ingredients except the cheese. Spoon filling onto crust. Bake at 425°F for 18-20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven until cheese is melted and lightly browned. 5-10 minutes.
Step 3
Cool 5 min before serving.
