Instructions
Step 1
Place them dumplings in a pan with sesame oil
Step 2
After a minute, add the cornflour slurry (water and cornflour mix) and cook on medium heat for 6mins in total. After 4 mins, flip to the side. The cornflour mix makes it even crispier.
Step 3
Drizzle some chilli oil and you can have it with soy sauce or kimchi etc
