This is an easy starter or snack to serve guests. Unfortunately not GF because of the starch which I think is pretty essential, however nice easy way to make an easy veggie snack

For The Sauce

Step 1
Combine the starch, vinegar and ginger with generous serving of salt and pepper. Mix well to make a paste and completely coat the cauliflower florets
Step 2
Place the cauliflower florets in an air fryer at 180°C for 10-15 minutes or if using oil, cook for 5 minutes or until crispy.
Step 3
Combine the sauce ingredients. Add the sauce to a hot pan and reduce for 5-8 minutes until thick.
Step 4
Pour the sauce over the cauliflower. Add sesame seeds and spring onion.
