Sufganiyah is Hanukkah traditional food, but sometimes eating a whole Sufganiyah can be a bit too much. This recipe a mini version so you can eat as much as you want without feeling to heavy. Be careful - they are too good to resist!

Mix all ingredients

Transfer the mixture into a pastry bag
Step 3
Using scissors cut small bites directly to the boiling oil.

Fry until golden.

Spray sugar powder on top
Serve with Nutella, dulce de lece or any other favorite spread
