Instructions

Roasted Garlic:

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees

2. Cut off the top of the garlic head. Place garlic onto parchment paper to foil. Drizzle the oil onto the garlic and wrap tightly with the paper or foil.

3. Place on a baking sheet & roast for 45 minutes, depending on size, it may need to be cooked longer

Cauliflower Steaks:

1. Up the oven temperature from 400 to 425 2. Slice cauliflower into steaks and place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with oil and gently spread the roasted garlic onto each steak generously, saving a clove or 2 for the tahini sauce. Sprinkle the onion powder, 1/4 tsp. salt & 1/4 tsp. pepper

3. Cook in oven for 20-25 minutes then broil for a few more minutes to achieve a crispy char

Lemon Garlic Tahini

1. In a small bowl, combine the tahini, dijon, maple syrup, lemon and water & mix. When you’ve achieved your desired consistency, mix in the other 1/4 tsp. salt & pepper.

2. Drizzle the sauce on top of the steaks then top with the cilantro & pine nuts if you are using
