Instructions

Step 1
Dice the onion and bell pepper. Mince the garlic.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium and add the onions. Fry for 2 minutes until translucent and soft.

Add the bell pepper and fry for another 2 min until soft.
Step 4
Add the garlic and ground beef. Mince the meat with the cooking spoon. Fry for about 3 minutes.

Add the brown sugar and let fry for another minute.
Step 6
Add the ketchup and mustard. Stir until well combined.
Step 7
Then add the tomato sauce and worcestershiresauce. Mix until well combined. Let it simmer on medium low for about 5 min.
Step 8
Cut the burger bun in half. Toast until golden brown.
Step 9
Place the meat sauce on the bun. Top it with the other bread half and enjoy!
