Instructions

Step 1
Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Beat together eggs, milk, and applesauce.
Step 3
Add to dry ingredients and stir until just mixed, but still lumpy.
Step 4
Heat griddle, coat pan heavily with butter, and pour about 1/4 cup (60 ml) for each pancake.
Step 5
Allow to cook until bubbles burst and edges are brown and crispy.
Step 6
Flip and cook until golden.
Step 7
Repeat, coating pan with butter each time. Enjoy!
