Instructions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, add eggs, milk, coffee creamer, cinnamon sugar, vanilla and nutmeg and whisk until well combined.
Step 2
In a medium to large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Dip Texas toast into milk and egg mixture until well coated. Fry slices until golden brown, then flip to cook the other side. Serve with raspberry syrup.

To Make the Raspberry Syrup

Step 3
In a small pot, cook water and raspberry preserves on the stove for 5-7 minutes, whisking occasionally. Set aside to cool.
Step 4
Using a strainer, strain the raspberry and water mixture into a measuring cup. Pour into syrup container.
