Instructions

Egg toast

Step 1
Using a heart cutter, cut out a heart in the center of each tost slice. Alternatively, you can cut out a heart with a knife.
Step 2
Heat the butter in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium and place the toast slices inside. Crack one egg into each heart. Put a lid on it and let the egg cook for about 2-3min.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper and drizzle on the cheese on both eggs. Put on a lid and let the cheese melt for 1minute. Then flip the toast slices and fry for 1,5min.

Sandwich

Step 4
Slice the tomato and bell pepper.
Step 5
Spread the bottom toast slice with the cream cheese.
Step 6
Top it with the cheese, turkey ham, tomato, bell pepper and arugula.
Step 7
Stack the other egg toast on top and enjoy!
