Instructions

Step 1
Start by preheating your oven to 425F. Line a large baking sheet with foil.

Mix together seasoning for chicken, then sprinkle it on the breasts.

Bake the chicken for 16-18 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165 degrees F.
Step 4
While the chicken is cooking, slice the mozzarella into 1/4 inch rounds. Slice the tomatoes as well.
Step 5
Layer the mozzarella, tomato, and basil, alternating between the three.
Step 6
Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze and season with salt and pepper. Serve!
