Twice baked spaghetti squash

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°
Step 2
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat heat until cooked through. Season with Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste

Poke holes in the squash with a fork all over
Step 4
Microwave it for 10 minutes
Step 5
Cut the squash in half lengthwise
Step 6
Scoop out the seeds
Step 7
Drizzle each size with the olive oil , salt and pepper to taste
Step 8
Place on a baking sheet cut side down and roast 30-40 minutes
Step 9
Scoop out the spaghetti squash strands into a bowl and mix with the sauce and beef.
Step 10
Put that mixture back into the squash halves (divide between the 2 sides)
Step 11
Sprinkle the cheese over and broil until cheese is melted
