Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl mix cocoa, white sugar, and vegetable oil.
Step 2
Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; stir into the cocoa mixture.
Step 3
Cover dough and chill for at least 4 hours.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 350°f (175°C) Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Roll dough into 1in balls. Coat each ball in confectioners sugar before placing onto prepared cookie sheets.
Step 6
Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Let set on cooling rack.
