Instructions
Step 1
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, scallions, garlic, hoisin sauce, soy sauce and rice vinegar. Mix until combined. Then, add some rice flour and mix until combined.

2. Add a little oil to your hands and then roll the dough into equal sized balls.
Step 3
3. Place in an air fryer basket and air fry at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes. Or, place on a sheet pan bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until 165 internally.
Step 4
4. Brush with extra hoisin sauce if preferred. Serve with rice, salad, or whatever makes you happy!
