Fruit and Nut Cake

Step 1

Mix by hand eggs, sugar, brandy , flour, baking powder and vanilla. Add fruit and nuts mix until combined. Line tins and add mixture, cover with foil and bake for 2 hours @ 140dec. Leave in time to col for 15 minutes. Wrap in foil and store in fridge
