Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened. Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon salt and cook until fragrant.
Step 2
Add beef and cook, breaking up, until browned.

Stir in tomatoes and broth, scraping up browned bits
Step 4
High Pressure for 10 minutes. Fast release.
Step 5
Add beans. Simmer chili on sautee mode for 15 minutes, then serve
