500gminced beef

2brown onions

3carrots
grated

2tomatoes

minced garlic

pepper

1 jarbolognese sauce

4lasagne sheets

Instructions
Step 1
Fry the mince for 10 minutes until browned
Step 2
Add the onion, pepper and minced garlic and then a few minutes later, add the carrots and tomato and fry for 10 minutes until softened.
Step 3
Add the jar of bolognese sauce

Spoon 1/3 of the mixture into an ovenproof dish and cover with lasagne pasta sheets.
Step 5
Spread white sauce over the pasta sheets and then add a second layer of meat.
Step 6
Repeat until there are three layers of pasta
Step 7
Cover the top layer of pasta with a generous coating of white sauce so as to avoid it burning or crisping in the oven

Cover with foil and bake at 160 degrees for 40 minutes

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour and stir for 2 minutes to form a paste
Step 10
Add the milk and nutmeg and stir continuously for 5-10 minutes until a rich creamy sauce forms.
Reheating
Step 11
To reheat, add a small amount of water to the lasagne and then microwave the lasagne in the glass dish with lid on for 10 minutes. Top with cheese and place in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 mins.
