Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200C (fan)
Step 2
Cut the bottom of baby peppers and deseed them
Step 3
In a large bowl combine chopped coriander, feta cheese, grated garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and olive oil. Mix well.
Step 4
Spread the tomato sauce on the bottom of the ovenproof dish.
Step 5
Stuff baby peppers with cheese mixture. Press the filling firmly.
Step 6
Transfer baby peppers into the baking dish. Sprinkle on top with any leftover feta mixture and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden.
Step 7
Garnish with coriander and Enjoy!
