Step 1
Cut Tomatoes into slices. Cut spring onions into rings. Mince garlic. Cut feta into thin slabs.

Assemble
Step 2
Put tomato slices into a small casserole. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with garlic and capers. Layer feta slices on top. Sprinkle spring onion on top. Pour over olive oil. Add a little more alt and pepper and optional chili flakes.

Step 3
Put in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until feta is soft and slightly golden. Bon apple tea!
