"Heinz" tomato soup
Chop an onion and a carrot and fry in pot for 5 mins then add chopped red pepper and chopped garlic. Add TSP of basil and some oregano and toast. Add good spoonful of tomato purée and a can of chopped tomatoes and a can of water with a stock cube and half a jar of pinto beans (or any light coloured beans). Add 3-4 chopped black olives and simmer for 10-15 mins. Blend.
Optional add nutritional yeast and coconut milk but not necessary. Add silken tofu for more protein!
