Step 1
Brown meat; drain
Step 2
Spoon into slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray
Step 3
Add all remaining ingredients except cheese; mix well
Step 4
Cover with lid. Cook on low 5 to 6 hours, or high for 3 to 4 hours
Step 5
Stir chili. Serve topped with cheese.
