Instructions
Step 1
Poor flour/salt on clean surface. Create a “well” using back of spoon. Begin mixing in the egg. Continue working dough with hands until mixture is dough like. Place in bowl and let rest for 30 minutes. Roll out dough as thin as possible either using a pasta machine or rolling pin. Cut pasta in desired shape. Bring water to a boil and place noodles in water until they float to the top. Taste to make sure noodles are al dente
