Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°.
Step 2
In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook onion in butter until tender.
Step 3
Stir in flour, salt, sage and pepper, cook until bubbly.
Step 4
Stir in broth, milk and mushrooms. Cook and stir until mixture boils and is slightly thickened. Stir in remaining ingredients except Swiss cheese.
Step 5
Spoon into ungreased 12x8 inch 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
Step 6
Bake uncovered at 350° for 20-30 minutes until hot and bubbly. If desired, sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
