Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Mix dry ingredients
rolled oats3 cups
salt¼ teaspoon
ground cinnamon½ t
brown sugar3 tablespoons

Mix wet ingredients.
vegetable oil¼ c
honey¼ c
vanilla extract1 teaspoon
Step 4
Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until all oats are wet.
Step 5
Spread mixture on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, stir, bake for 5 more minutes.
Step 6
Oats won’t appear very toasted, but they’ll be good! Let cool before putting in a jar.
Step 7
Note: You can also use rye, spelt, kamut, or barley.

Optional: 1/2 cup dried fruit, nuts, or seeds
