Potato Latkes
10 steps
Prep:35minCook:40min
Latkes are the ultimate comfort food and are pretty simple to make. Although most recipes require onion, I prefer mine without the onion. These latkes are best eaten warm with applesauce for dipping in front of a fire or your favorite TV show, so what are you waiting for go eat some potato latkes
