Instructions
Step 1
Pulse the artichokes and capers together in a food processor until roughly chopped.
Step 2
Halve the avocado and scoop the flesh out into a mixing bowl
Step 3
Add the artichoke caper mix to the avocado and mash together,then add the lemon juice and salt to taste.
Step 4
Serve immediately or press plastic wrap against the surface of the dip to prevent browning and store refrigerated overnight.
