Instructions

Step 1
Clean your prawns in some cold water, pat them dry and coat them with cornstarch.
Step 2
Now drizzle your prawns with olive oil for a couple of minutes each side or until golden.
Step 3
In a pan over medium- low heat, melt butter, add olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, chilli flakes, honey and balsamic vinegar.
Step 4
Let your sauce thicken for 3/4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Add your prawns, toss well over the heat to combine all the flavours together and serve with some fresh parsley on top.
