chopped, 2 greens
1 cupbell pepper
chopped, 2 greens
1 cuplettuce leaves
1 green
⅛ tspsalt
¼ tsppepper
1/2 condiment
5 TbspFrank's hot wings sauce
condiments
2 Tbsplite blue cheese crumbled
divided, 2 Condiment
1 ½ tspranch dressing powder
4 tspolive oil
4 healthy fats
1 Tbspred onion

Instructions
Step 1
1. In a large bowl add Greek yogurt, Frank's Sauce, 1/2 Blue Cheese, and ranch dressing powder. Mix well.
Step 2
2. Make shrimp: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook, flipping halfway, until pink and opaque on both sides, about 2 minutes per side.
Step 3
3. Add shrimp, bell pepper, and celery to bowl go Greek yogurt mixture and mix well. 3. Portion out 4 equal portions.
Step 4
4. When ready to serve and eat, add buffalo shrimp mixture to lettuce to make wraps. Depending on lettuce size, each serving may fill up to 4 pieces of lettuce.
Step 5
5. Sprinkle a small amount of remaining blue cheese onto the top of each lettuce wrap
