I love a basic BLT & wanted to put that twist on a favorite lunch of mine, chicken salad. This combo is packed with protein & flavor to help fuel your day - hope you enjoy! 🫶🏻

Step 1
In a large bowl, add all salad ingredients, set aside. Then in a glass measuring cup, add all sauce ingredients & stir until smooth.
Step 2
Pour sauce over chicken mixture, toss until everything is evenly coasted.
Step 3
Taste & adjust any seasonings. Serve alone, on lettuce leaves, or in a sandwich! Keeps in fridge for 5 days
