Step 1
Prepare gelatin as directed on pack age, but add salt and use ¾ cup cold water instead of ice and 1 table spoon vinegar. Pour ½ cup into in dividual molds or 1-qt. mold. Chill until set, but not firm. Mix remain ing ingredients and gelatin; chill until thick. Spoon into molds. Chill until firm-at least 4 hours. Unmold. Makes 6 side salads.
