Instructions

Step 1
Start by preheating the oven to 350°F and greasing a muffin tin with coconut oil.
Step 2
Add the pumpkin puree, melted coconut oil, eggs and vanilla extract to a food processor and blend until smooth.
Step 3
Add the spices, flour, salt and baking powder, and blend again.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into the greased muffin tins.
Step 5
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
