3 poundspotatoes

¼ cupcoconut milk
¼ cupbutter

Instructions
Step 1
Boil potatoes until tender and drain. In a stand mixer with whisk attachment add to the bowl, butter, coconut milk, 1/2 tsp sea salt, pepper, and sour cream add hot potatoes, and mix until creamy. Cook the meat on medium high heat, sear for a few minutes then add onions and tomatoes. Cook for a few minutes and add spices and cook for a few more minutes. Then add the bullion, Worcestershire, water, and turn off the heat and stir. Preheat oven to 375. Spray oil a casserole dish and layer of frozen vegetables, then meat, then potatoes and topped with cheese and parsley. Bake approximately 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
