Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl combine lettuce (chopped into bite sized pieces), and tomatoes that have been diced.

Step 2
Stack pepperoni, salami and provolone into a repeated stack of 3 Provolone > Pepperoni > Salami > Provolone > Pepperoni > Salami > Provolone (Can do another stack if wanted/needed)
Step 3
Once stacked dice into at least 4 pieces making the stacks “bite sized”. Sprinkle into salad only breaking up slightly.
Step 4
Add a handful or so of shredded mozzarella to taste.
Step 5
Add green onions and black olives (optional)
