Saturday Night Nacho Platter

If you are making nachos for everyone you can make one big pan and pile everything on or you can try this trick I learned for a nacho eating expert (are there experts at eating nachos?) Use large tortillas. Place tortillas on a baking sheet and have everyone build their own custom creation on a tortilla. When the nachos are cooked you can transfer each serving to a plate. The fun bit is how you can roll up the tortilla at the end and clean up all the ‘fell off the nachos’ bits.
