Instructions
Step 1
Lightly grease a pie plate with coconut oil.
Step 2
Mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder together. Add milk and vanilla; mix well.
Step 3
Pour ½ of batter into pie plate. Top with frozen fruit of choice. Then pour remaining ½ of batter over the fruit. Sprinkle sugar on top.
Step 4
Bake in oven for 60 minutes at 350°.
