Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 175°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Adding choc chips last and using a spatula to mix.
Step 3
Lightly wet hands and form 8 balls with your hands. Place each ball on the caking tray and press down into a cookie shape.
Step 4
Bake for 10-12 min until edges are slightly golden. Remove from oven and let the cookies cool on the tray for 10min before transferring onto a wire rack to cool completely.
